Company Services Terms and Conditions.

The following terms (“Terms”) govern the professional services offered by Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd (Nigeria) thereafter referred to as (Company) to individuals or companies thereafter referred to as (“you” or “Client”). It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms.

By completing and submitting this form, you understand and agree to the following terms of service:

1. Services Portfolio and Specific Terms

That the Company acts as an Independent and limited agent for the purpose of preparing, submitting and facilitating your application for any of our services you are interested in.

1.1. Work Permit Assistance Service

To provide foreign work placement assistance by working with other service professionals in recruitment, legal immigration services in providing employment placement and seeking government approval for Work Permit for the Client.

a. Client shall complete the travel service request form and select the work abroad form and submit all the required documents for assessment with the appropriate assessment fee.

b. Client shall be available for a remote (Video/Audio) interview with the Company’s representative and provide any additional documents requested by the Company.

c. Client shall make payment of the required amount as stated on the invoice to commence the processing of Work Permit Services.

e. The company shall process the documents of the Client and work with independent legal immigration and recruitment professionals and agencies abroad in providing Work Permit to the Client.

f. The company shall work toward providing the Work Permit within the maximum delivery time of six (6) months by providing supervision and follow up with the third-party service providers.

By submitting the form, the Client acknowledge, understands the following below issues and indemnifies the Company from all of them accordingly:

h. That the final issuance of a Work Permit is at the sole discretion of issuing Government authority.

i. That having a valid employment offer from an employer by the Client still does not guarantee the approval of the Work Permit by the Government authority. As the employment offer from the employer will have to undergo a process before the government will approve and issue Work Permit.

j. That the Government issuing authorities operate solely at their own pace and internal procedure without any interference from any person or party.

k. That the Company is not responsible or liable to you for the failure of any third party or issuing authority to approve and issue a Work Permit on behalf of the Client.

1.2. Scholarship Assistance Services

Scholarship Service is designed to provide assistance to the scholarship client in sourcing, preparation of their documents, to ensure that the requirements set out by the scholarship issuing authorities are met by the client.

a. Client shall complete the service request form and select the scholarship form and submit all the required documents for assessment with the appropriate assessment fee.

b. Clients shall be available for an interview session remotely (Video/Audio) with the Company’s representative and provide any additional documents requested by the Company.

c. Client shall make payment of the company services fees, and any other required third-party fees as stated on the invoice to commence the processing of Scholarship Assistance Services.

d. Company will internally prepare and process your submitted documents with the scholarship issuing authority requirements, specifications and guidelines.

e. Company will make two scholarship applications from the available scholarship that matches the client’s submitted profile (courses, country selected and educational qualifications) or make a second scholarship application with the same scholarship institution in a situation where the first application was not selected by the scholarship awarding authority.

f. Company will advise the client against anything that needs to be done toward meeting the scholarship issuing authority’s requirements and guidelines.

By submitting the form, the Client acknowledge, understands the following below issues and indemnifies the Company from all of them accordingly:

g That all scholarship applications are subject to the available scholarship offers from the respective scholarship issuing authorities, the client meeting their set requirements, guidelines and protocols.

h. That the Company is not a scholarship issuing authority or organization, you also understand that Scholarship issuing is at the sole discretion of the respective issuing authorities and not the responsibility of the Company.

i. That the Company is not responsible and liable for any kind of loss you may experience for the sake of scholarship denial by the Issuing authority, delays in response from the scholarship issuing authorities, and things beyond the Company’s control like government policies and third-party organizations decisions.

1.3. INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION ADMISSION SERVICE

This service is designed to provide assistance to our clients who are seeking admission placement with foreign Universities.

a. Client shall complete the Study Abroad form, submit the required documents for an assessment with the assessment fee. Part of the assessment process is to establish that the minimum requirement set by the university is met by the Client.

b. Client shall be available for a remote (Video/Audio) with the Company’s representative and also provide additional documents required for the admission processing.

c. Client shall pay the required amount as stated on the invoice for the admission processing. The invoice shall detail the Company Service fees and all applicable third-party fees respectively.

d. The Company shall review the submitted profile of the Client and recommend or work with the University that the client’s educational qualifications match their set minimum requirement for admission.

e. The company shall process the available educational documents submitted by the client and help prepare simple documents like (CV in the required format by the University and Client a Letter of Explanation or Statement of Purpose) with the essential inputs from the Client.

f. Company shall process and submit two paid university admission applications for the Client with the same Company Service fee if the Client is ready to pay for all the non-refundable University admission application fees as required by the University.

By submitting the form, the Client acknowledge, understands the following below issues and indemnifies the Company from all of them accordingly:

g. That the issuance of an admission is at the sole discretion of the University or the issuing authority.

h. That meeting the minimum admission requirements set out by the University still does not guarantee admission issuance from the University.

i. That the University or issuing authorities operate solely at their own pace and internal procedure without any interference from any person or party.

j. That the Company is not responsible or liable to you for the failure of any issuing authority or University to issue an admission to the Client and that the admission application fee paid to the University is nonrefundable by the University.

1.4. VISA ASSISTANCE SERVICES

To provide documentation services designed to assist Clients in meeting the specified Visa requirements and increase the chances of Visas being issued to the Client by the respective Embassy.

a. Client shall complete the travel service request form selecting the appropriate Visa type or purpose of travel form and submit all the required documents for assessment with the appropriate assessment fee.

b. Client shall be available for a remote (Video/Audio) interview with the Company’s representative and provide any additional documents requested by the Company.

c. Client shall make payment of the required amount as stated on the invoice to commence the processing of Visa processing including Embassy Visa application fee and other third-party fees.

d. Company shall process the documents of the Client and work with third parties in providing the required Visa documentation for the Visa processing.

e. Company shall advise the Client on any additional requirement set by the respective Visa issuing embassies.

f. Company shall where necessary provide Visa decision appeal service at no additional Service fees charged to its Client after the Client has paid all associated third-party fees required by the Embassy and others; in an event of Visa refusal by the Embassy, except in a situation where the Embassy visa refusal letter states that an appeal is not possible.

By submitting the form, the Client acknowledge, understands the following below issues and indemnifies the Company from all of them accordingly:

g. That the final issuance of all types of Visas is at the sole discretion of the issuing authorities (Embassy) and not the Company.

h. That having documentation and all set out requirements by the Client still does not by themselves guarantee an automatic Visa approval by the issuing authority or Embassy; as the submitted Visa requirements must undergo verification and internal Embassy processes before the Embassy will approve and issue the Visa.

i. That the Visa issuing authorities operate solely at their own pace and internal procedure without any interference from any person or party.

j. That the Company is not affiliated with any Embassy and is not responsible or liable to you for the failure of any issuing authority or Embassy to issue and approve Visa.

2. GENERAL APPLICABLE TERMS

a. Company does not accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any third party not directly under our control.

b. That you are paying a service fee to the Company relating to company services to you and you are still responsible for the respective third-party fees payable to them through their available channels.

c. That the Company has no control over the decisions made by third parties, issuing authorities regarding denial or approval of any service end or outcome.

d. That the Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer upon the company’s suspicion or belief that information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient. Such refusal of service is at the company’s sole discretion. Our maximum liability for refusal of service is limited to the amount of the service fee paid to and collected by the company from you.

e. That the Company, its owners and employees shall not be liable to you for any failure to comply with the necessary requirements for admission, for the action or inaction or decisions of any government body or issuing authority, or for the performance or non-performance by any third party.

f. That at all times and under all circumstances, company’s total liability to you for any and all claims, causes of action, losses, injuries, demands, judgments, costs, liabilities, or damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action or legal theory, shall not, in any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the fees paid to and collected by company.

g. That the Company shall in no event be liable to you for any indirect, special, exemplary, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses or damages, including, without limitation, lost profits.

h. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification and it becomes effective once uploaded on our website.

I. Company shall provide weekly status updates on the on-going service processing. This information will be communicated to the Client by an email to the Client; the Client is responsible for accessing his or her email regularly and follow up on the live-chat platform with the assigned Company’s representative.

J. That the Company’s services to you are only the means to the final third party or issuing authority decisions (Admission, Visas, Documents, Scholarships, Work Permit, etc.).

K. That no guarantee or warranty express or implied is provided other than those stated herein above.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1. COMPANY SERVICE FEES

(This is the fee that the company charges for the services rendered to the client.
This service fee is subject to the applicable value added tax (VAT) in Nigeria).

a. Company Service fee shall qualify for a refund if the formal refund request was made within ten (10) business days after payment and if any of the non-refundable conditions below does not apply:

b. The Company Service fee shall not qualify for a refund if any of the service items listed on the invoice has been processed by the company.

c. The Company Service fee shall not qualify for a refund if not paid in full.

d. The Company Service fee shall not qualify for a refund if the request for a refund was made after ten (10) business days of payment.

e. No refunds shall be granted for assessment fees, documentation fees, and for events that are beyond the Company’s control.

3.2. THIRD PARTY FEES

(These refund conditions apply to services provided by independent third parties):

a. All third-party services have a defined service delivery timeline by the respective third-party service provider and are not controlled by the Company.

b. Some third-party services do not have a refund policy meaning that fees paid to them are not refundable as the service will be rendered regardless of the outcome or result either a positive decision or a negative decision (e.g. Embassy visa application fees and government agencies, etc.).

c. No refund shall be granted to the client for any third-party service that has been rendered by the respective third-party service provider.

d. No refund shall be granted to the client for any third-party service that is still in process.

e. Every third-party service that has been completed must be paid for by the client.

f. Any refund request made within the refund request timeline which is ten (10) business days after payment, will attract a deduction of any third party and company expenses already incurred.

3.3. GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS

a. All qualified refund requests will be refunded with less than 20% to cover the administrative cost.

b. The qualified refund will be made after twenty (20) business days of receiving the completed online refund request form and is subject to funds availability.

c. Refund requests for any of the services offered by the Company will be made by completing the Refund Request Form.

4. APPLICABLE LAW

The law regulating and governing the relationship between the parties (i.e. the company and the client) is the Nigerian Contract Law.

a. BINDINGNESS: the terms of this agreement shall be binding on the parties and shall be an enforceable agreement between the parties (i.e. the company and the client).

b. Arbitration/ mediation: in case there is any dispute between the parties (i.e. the company and the client) it shall be referred to a simple three 3 panel of mediators, which two shall be appointed by the company and one shall be appointed by the client and whatever decisions reach by the mediators, shall be final and binding decisions on the parties and enforceable between the parties.

c. VENUE of the Arbitration/Mediation: They shall be within the Federal capital territory, FCT Abuja and shall be decided by the parties to this agreement.

That having documentation and all set out requirements by the Client still does not by themselves alone guarantee an automatic Visa approval by the issuing authority or Embassy; as the submitted Visa requirements must undergo verification and internal Embassy processes before the Embassy will make a decision on the Visa application.
i. That the Visa issuing authorities operate solely at their own pace and internal procedure without any interference from any person or party.
j. That the Company is not affiliated with any Embassy and is not responsible or liable to you for the failure of any issuing authority or Embassy to issue and approve Visa application.

2. General Applicable Terms

a. Company does not accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any third party not directly under its control.
b. That you are paying a service fee to the Company relating to company services to you and you are still responsible for the respective third-party fees payable to them through their available channels.
c. That the Company has no control over the decisions made by third parties, issuing authorities regarding denial or approval of any service end or outcome.
d. That the Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer upon the company’s suspicion or belief that information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient. Such refusal of service is at the company’s sole discretion. Our maximum liability for refusal of service is limited to the amount of the service fee paid to and collected by the company from you.
e. That the Company, its owners and employees shall not be liable to you for any failure to comply with the necessary requirements for admission, for the action or inaction or decisions of any government body or issuing authority, or for the performance or non-performance by any third party.
f. That at all times and under all circumstances, company’s total liability to you for any and all claims, causes of action, losses, injuries, demands, judgments, costs, liabilities, or damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action or legal theory, shall not, in any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the fees paid to and collected by company.
g. That the Company shall in no event be liable to you for any indirect, special, exemplary, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses or damages, including, without limitation, lost profits.
h. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification and it becomes effective once uploaded on our website.
I. Company shall provide weekly status updates on the on-going service processing. This information will be communicated to the Client by an email to the Client; the Client is responsible for accessing his or her email regularly and follow up on the live-chat platform with the assigned Company’s representative.

J. That the Company services to you are only the means to the end or final third party or issuing authority decisions (Admission, Visas, Documents, Scholarships, Work Permit, etc.).
K. That no guarantee or warranty express or implied is provided other than those stated herein above.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Company Service Fees
(This is the fee that the company charges for the services rendered to the client.
This service fee is subject to the applicable value added tax (VAT) in Nigeria).
a. Company Service fee shall qualify for a refund if the formal refund request was made within ten (10) business days after payment and if any of the non-refundable conditions below does not apply:
b. The Company Service fee shall not qualify for a refund if any of the service items listed on the invoice has been processed by the company.
c. The Company Service fee shall not qualify for a refund if not paid in full.
d. The Company Service fee shall not qualify for a refund if the request for a refund was made after ten (10) business days of payment.
e. No refunds shall be granted for assessment fees, documentation fees, and for events that are beyond the Company’s control.

3.2. Third Party Fees
(These refund conditions apply to services provided by independent third parties):
a. All third-party services have a defined service delivery timeline by the respective third-party service provider and are not controlled by the Company.
b. Some third-party services do not have a refund policy meaning that fees paid to them are not refundable as the service will be rendered regardless of the outcome or result of either a positive decision or a negative decision (e.g. Embassy visa application fees and government agencies, etc.).
c. No refund shall be granted to the client for any third-party service that has been rendered by the respective third-party service provider.
d. No refund shall be granted to the client for any third-party service that is still in process.
e. Every third-party service that has been completed must be paid for by the client.
f. Any refund request made within the refund request timeline which is ten (10) business days after payment, will attract a deduction of any third party and company expenses already incurred.

3.3. General Refund Conditions
a. All qualified refund requests will be refunded with less than 20% to cover the administrative cost.
b. The qualified refund will be made after twenty (20) business days of receiving the completed online refund request form and is subject to funds availability.
c. Refund requests for any of the services offered by the Company will be made by completing the Refund Request Form.

4. Applicable Law
The law regulating and governing the relationship between the parties (i.e. the company and the client) is the Nigerian Contract Law.

a. BINDINGNESS: the terms of this agreement shall be binding on the parties and shall be an enforceable agreement between the parties (i.e. the company and the client).
b. Arbitration/ mediation: In case there is any dispute between the parties (i.e. the company and the client) it shall be referred to a simple three 3 panel of mediators, which two shall be appointed by the company and one shall be appointed by the client and whatever decisions reach by the mediators, shall be final and binding decisions on the parties and enforceable between the parties.

c. VENUE of the Arbitration/Mediation: They shall be within the Federal capital territory, FCT Abuja and shall be decided by the parties to this agreement.
