WHAT ARE THE SERVICES IN IT CLOUD SUPPORT
End-user Support includes resolving technical issue the user may have from Email service, user account management and other end-user related issue with the cloud services.

HOW DOES THE IT CLOUD SUPPORT WORK
 IT Cloud Support service plans (PayU and Annual) are both pre-paid support plans. Each plan has the number tasks  to be carried out with any of them.

HOW DO I GET SUPPORT
When you make an order and payment, you can immediately submit your support requests by sending an email to support@isnetconsultancy.com  All support requests are treated within 48 hours during business hours (9:00 to 17:00 GMT Weekdays)

TERMS

 

  1. Purchased IT Cloud support service plan Pay As You Use is valid for one support task.
  2. Purchased IT Cloud support service plan Annual is valid for 12 months (four support tasks monthly)
  3. Purchased IT Cloud support service plan becomes invalid after it has been used.
  4. Purchased IT Cloud support service plan is not transferable between customers or rolled over to months.
  5. Purchased IT Cloud support service plan is not refundable.
